Luton Gateway
Goodman is pleased to update that regeneration of the former Vauxhall van factory site in Luton will take another step forward with demolition work on the existing factory buildings set to begin at the end of May.
Goodman submitted an outline planning application for the regeneration at the start of this year. It has been shaped by working closely with the council and a consultation process with local residents, businesses and community organisations last autumn. A separate application to demolish the existing factory buildings was approved by the council last year.
Goodman has appointed contractor Erith Group to carry out the demolition works.
You can still view the outline proposals on this website and get in touch with the project team using the contact details provided if you have any questions.
