Goodman
Luton Gateway
In July 2026, Luton Borough Council approved Goodman's £400 million plans to transform the former Vauxhall van plant at Kimpton Road, Luton into a major new commercial and industrial hub. This marked a significant milestone in the regeneration of one of the town's most important employment sites.
The regeneration project, to be known as Luton Gateway, will attract businesses across advanced manufacturing, engineering, digital infrastructure and logistics. We estimate this will create around 2,400 direct jobs and will help to drive investment, innovation and long-term economic growth in Luton.
